The Vixens will host the 2019 runners-up in round 2, which is set to be a blockbuster clash as the Lightning will be out in full force to start their season well. Kate Moloney will face her midcourt rival, and captain of the Lightning, Laura Langman in another gruelling battle.

There will be plenty to play for, as last time the two teams met in round 12, the Vixens lost by just one goal in the final moments.
